It is situated the next hill over from the Lido waterpark, up a dirt track and so is quiet, peaceful and a great place to enjoy the countryside and local flora and fauna.




There are stunning views across the sea, the islands and Mount Dikeas but is is convenient for the village of Mastihari and all local amenities.

Heating is from an Italian wood burning stove which is sufficient for the whole house.There are electric towel rails in the bathrooms too.

There is mains water and electricity and solar panels for hot water.

A large (legal) shed - with electricity - is a very useful storage place!

The 8,000 sq meters in total has actually 2 separate titles of 4,000 sq meters each which means that another property could be built on the land.

Below is the floor plan and the foundations are such that another floor could easily be added to the top of the existing building.
