XeVa APARTMENT

 

A beautifully appointed ground floor, one bedroom apartment, situated just behind the Luis Apartments and close to pools, the beach and bars. The XeVa Apartment has been thoughtfully fitted out with all the amenities you can want to enjoy your holiday, including a rain shower to get the last bit of sand off!

 

 

The well fitted kitchen area has everything you might need to if you choose to stay in and make something to eat on the balcony. A full sized cooker and microwave give you every option. A washing machine means you don't need to bring too many clothes either.

 

  

 

There are wall mounted televisions in both the living area and the bedroom with access to cable TV. The apartment can accommodate a family of 3 (or 4 if the children are small) with a double bedroom and a bed settee.

Air conditioning units keep everyone at the right temperature.

 

 

  

 

The bathroom has a large walk-in shower and a very luxurious and comfortable feel.  

 

   

 

Outside, there is the perfect balcony for people watching and you are a hop, skip and a jump from Aplo Bar, Luis Pool and the Half Time Pool Bar. The beach is a short walk across the road and down the sandy path.
